Dear Sirs:
This
letter is to express our sincere appreciation and thanks for all you did to
make our recent vacation trip to Santa Fe a very happy and enjoyable one.
You were
really a God-send because we never heard of you and we just took a chance and
stopped in to see you because we saw your sign outside your office each time we
went back and forth from our hotel to downtown Santa Fe.
Previous
to this we always patronized The Gray Line Tours (Santa Fe Detours) on vacations
in cities like Seattle, San Francisco, Salt Lake City and Montreal. We intended
to do the same in Santa Fe but were very put out when they abruptly cancelled
our Taos & Taos Indian Pueblo trip in a very ugly and uncouth manner on
June 5th. This was after we agreed to pay the difference so they would meet
their minimum passenger requirements. This left us with just a day to waste and
will never be forgotten when we vacation in tour cities in the future.
However,
we just by change stopped into your office on the way back to our hotel very
depressed and disgusted the way we were treated by Gray Line Tours and you
turned the whole day around. Plus, you offered us a more attractive River Raft
Trip for June 7th than the one we previously reserved with Gray Line Tours.
We cannot
say enough about both tours because we both feel we are still on them - we enjoyed
them so much. The trip to Taos and Taos Indian Pueblo was beautiful and our
guide, Alka, did an excellent job in guiding us and answering all our
questions. The Scenic Flatwater Float through the Rio Grande Gorge is something
we will never forget because of the beautiful, peaceful and scenic atmosphere.
Likewise our guide, Pedro, did an excellent job in guiding and answenng all our
questions. Both Alka and Pedro were also very courteous.
Again,
Thank you for making our Santa Fe vacation so happy and enjoyable and you
surely will hear from us or our friends whenever we visit the beautiful city of
Santa Fe.
Sincerely,
Daniel F.
Casey and
Ann Marie
