What a pleasure it was working with you and your staff during the above-mentioned event at Rancho Encantado and the Santa Fe area. It was nice knowing we had a team behind us in the area of ground transportation, recreation and special services. Having Don Dietz and Rusty Rutherford as the lead men during this event really gave us the extra comfort level we needed. I am sure you got the impression during this event that the meeting attendees were not predictable and having flexibility in areas of recreation and ground transportation was extremely important.
