Start Your Downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale Adventure Here!
Experience the wonders of Phoenix on this 6 hour tour of the city. Our adventure begins by exploring the beautiful and inspiring picturesque "Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza" adjacent to the State Capital where tribute has been paid to both the patriarchs and matriarchs of Arizona’s capital city and those who served our nation so valiantly.
Enjoy a one hour walking tour in the downtown area to see classic hotels where Hollywood’s greatest movie stars wintered. History meets contemporary downtown where "St. Mary’s Basilica" built in 1881 intersects with new and exciting interactive attractions like the Arizona Science Center. Just around the corner in the subterranean level of the revitalized "Renaissance Hotel" lies an old "Speakeasy" that still comes alive on very special evenings.
"Chase Field" is home to the 2001 World Series Champion Arizona Diamond Backs.
"Talking Stick Arena" is where the up and coming Phoenix Suns play. These venues are shinning examples of modern architectural accomplishments and are the focus of entertainment's most influential musical acts in the downtown Phoenix area.
Visit the remarkable downtown archaeological site of a Native American Hohokam Village as we tour the "Pueblo Grande Museum." These people inhabited this “Valley of the Sun” for over a thousand years irrigating the parched desert soil while raising crops and supplying food for nearly 100,000 people! Then, they mysteriously disappeared and not even the experts can explain why.
Old Town Scottsdale is our final stop. After an ambitious fun-filled day of sightseeing, we spend some free time shopping and dining. The palm-lined streets boast amazing shops and art galleries exhibiting some of the region's most beautiful historical and contemporary creations!
